Olympic Stars P.R. Sreejesh and Manu Bhaker get Tata Curvv EVs

P.R. Sreejesh (Bronze Medal in Hockey)

During the Inauguration of Tata Motors’ Electric showroom in Kochi, P.R. Sreejesh, who is a Bronze Medalist at the 2024 Paris Olympics, facilitated the delivery of the Tata Curvv EV. This Indian Hockey legend dubbed “The Wall” has become one of the first owners to get his EV.

The Tata Curvv EV model that Sreejesh was gifted is the top-spec Empowered Plus A variant, painted in Virtual Sunrise shade and comes fitted with a 55 kWh battery pack. The Tata Curvv EV utilizes the Gen2 acti.ev platform. According to Tata Motors, the Curvv EV 55 kWh can achieve up to 502 km in a single charge while the Curvv EV 45 kWh can do 430 km.

Manu Bhaker (Bronze Medals in Shooting)

Manu Bhaker is a sports shooter who represented India in the 2024 Paris Olympics. She earned two bronze medals in Women’s 10-meter air pistol and Mixed 10-meter air pistol event. She has recently become a proud owner of a Tatat Curvv Ev Coupe Suv after being gifted with it from Tata Motors.

Managing Director of Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited and Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Limited, Shailesh Chandra, gave the keys of the new electric car to the Olympic medalist. She was handed over the car on September 9, 2024. The new SUV has a pure grey finish with blacked-out wheels. Her car also has custom neck pillows with the athlete’s name embroidered on it making it even more special.

Tata Curvv EV: Special Features

There are plenty of features in Curvv EV. Some of them are a panoramic sunroof, 500-liter boot space which is the largest in the class & keeps everything one may want to carry, along with an 11.6-litre ‘frunk’ for conveniently storing the charging cable. These deliveries are an important milestone for Tata Motors as the company starts delivering the Curvv EV to customers for the first time after its recent launch. This is a landmark moment for Tata Motors.
